Delusional disorder

Characterized by one or more persistent, firmly held beliefs (delusions) as the dominant feature, which may concern being persecuted, deceived, or possessing special abilities. Other psychotic symptoms (hallucinations, disorganization) are absent or mild. Daily functioning may be relatively preserved outside the area related to the delusion. These beliefs persist over a long period and are not amenable to logical argument.
