Schizophrenia, continuous, currently symptomatic

Schizophrenia with a continuous course is currently active – symptoms meet full diagnostic criteria. There have been no clear breaks in symptoms since the onset of the illness. Delusions, hallucinations, or other symptoms are persistently present in an active form. Intensive and sustained therapeutic intervention is required.
