Schizophrenia, first episode, in full remission

The first episode of schizophrenia is in full remission – criteria were previously met, but symptoms have resolved satisfactorily. Functioning has returned to the pre-episode level or close to it. No active psychotic symptoms are observed. Regular monitoring remains indicated due to the risk of relapse.
