Schizophrenia, first episode, in partial remission

The first episode of schizophrenia is in partial remission – full criteria were previously met, but symptoms have substantially diminished without fully resolving. The individual may still experience milder symptoms or functional difficulties. The state is improved compared to the active phase but has not reached full recovery. Monitoring and continuation of treatment are indicated.
