Schizophrenia, continuous, in full remission

Schizophrenia with a continuous course is in full remission – symptoms have resolved satisfactorily despite the chronic character of the illness. This is a less common state in this subtype and requires clinical confirmation. Functioning has markedly improved. Continuation of treatment and regular monitoring remain indicated.
