Schizophrenia, multiple episodes, currently symptomatic

Schizophrenia with a multi-episode course is currently active – symptoms meet full diagnostic criteria within the past month. A relapse has occurred following a previous episode or remission. Delusions, hallucinations, or other psychotic symptoms are clearly present. Active therapeutic intervention is required.
