Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. For annual plans, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused period, less a 30% administrative fee.

Does ICD Diagnostica make the diagnosis?

No. ICD Diagnostica is a clinical decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional clinical judgment. It analyses the symptoms you enter, organises relevant ICD-11 criteria, ranks candidate diagnoses, and supports differential diagnosis. The final diagnosis always rests with the licensed practitioner.

ICD Diagnostica is not a medical device within the meaning of MDR Regulation 2017/745.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. Your invoice is sent to the email address associated with your account immediately after payment. You can also access all invoices from your account panel under Payments.

What happens to my patients if I cancel the Clinical plan?

Your patient data is not deleted. Once the Clinical plan expires, your account switches to Free and patient records become temporarily inaccessible until you reactivate Clinical. You can export patient records as PDF before cancelling.

Is there a plan for a practice or a team?

Yes. Practice, Group and Enterprise plans include all Clinical features, plus additional tools for teams, including a shared patient database, role management, and patient sharing between team members.

What is AI-Assist and where does my data go?

AI-Assist is an optional Clinical feature that helps verify ICD-11 diagnostic matches. It provides additional information to help you evaluate and interpret analysis results.

Patient data and analysis data are not shared with external AI model providers or used to train AI models. Detailed data-processing rules are described in §6 of the Terms.
