Service description (Art. 5 ust. 5 UŚUDE)

ICD Diagnostica is an informational decision-support web platform for licensed mental-health professionals, providing structured access to the WHO ICD-11 Mental, Behavioral, and Neurodevelopmental Disorders chapter (6A00–6E6Z), a deterministic differential ranking algorithm, optional AI-Assist verification (Clinical Plan), patient-record management, and clinical-event history. The Service is not a medical device under MDR Reg. 2017/745. Detailed service description: see Terms and Conditions § 4.

ICD-11 is a designation of the World Health Organization (WHO), used under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 3.0 IGO License (CC BY-ND 3.0 IGO). ICD Diagnostica is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or a representative of the World Health Organization.
