Single episode depressive disorder, moderate, without psychotic symptoms

Characterized by clearly depressed mood and accompanying symptoms that are pronounced and seriously impair daily functioning – at work, at home, or in relationships. The individual manages some activities but with considerable difficulty. No delusions or hallucinations are present.
