Single episode depressive disorder, moderate, with psychotic symptoms

Characterized by moderately severe depressive symptoms accompanied by psychotic features: delusions or hallucinations consistent with the depressed mood. Psychotic symptoms do not reach the intensity seen in schizophrenia. Daily functioning is markedly impaired.
