Developmental language disorder

Characterized by persistent difficulties understanding or producing language, both spoken and written. This limits the ability to communicate and affects functioning at school and in relationships. May include limited vocabulary, problems with grammar, or difficulty understanding complex instructions. Not attributable to autism spectrum disorder or hearing loss.
