Paedophilic disorder

A disorder characterized by a sustained, intense, and recurrent pattern of sexual arousal to prepubescent children, manifested by persistent sexual thoughts, fantasies, urges, or behaviors. A disorder is diagnosed if the individual has acted on the urges with a child or experiences significant distress.
